Two days after the surprising win of super bowl by the Patriots.
Betsy DeVos is Confirmed As Education Secretary by 50:50 in the Senate with VP Pence sitting in.
I drove back to office after staying in the other office for one week. The distance between the two offices is about 3.5 hours of driving. I usually only stay one or two days in the other office. Not wanting to drive back and forth too often, this time stayed for a week. But was a little restless. I wondered why. I was worried about something.
I think I was worried about the decision of staying there for one week is not wise.
Once back here, strangely the memory of last week instantly felt remote.
Does our body automatically equal familiar environment as safety, and presses the experience of unfamiliar into the back? Or is it that the geographic distance is automatically translated into feelings of time? like the virtual surrounding sounds where the differential times of sound bits are automatically translated into spacial distances.
But why worrying about staying for one week is not wise? Is there a standard for being wise? Why do I constantly judging about my own decisions when the judging does not seem to be of any use?
I need to ask the Holy Spirit correct these kind of thoughts….
